About The Project
After a few years of construction the Brown & Howard Wharf was ready to show. The owners decided to kick-off the opening with an extravagant event to showcase the new residences that were for sale. The event was invite only and sent to a select group of elite clientele. To make the event an event rather than an open house, the team at Brown & Howard Wharf had to convince yacht makers and high-end auto makers to make a commitment to the event. With the participants and sponsors on board, the team also needed to convince the elite clientele that they shouldn't miss this special event. Many materials were made to make this event successful: postcards, invitations, banners and a website. The postcards and invitations were used to create interest and drive people to the website for more information. The website provided information about each particpant and sponsor, and was used to collect RSVP’s for the event. The event turned out to be a big hit — plenty of people showed up, a couple yachts were sold and one of the multi-million dollar residences at the wharf was sold on the first day. The client couldn’t have been happier with the results from the event.
